DOT.FUTURE is a small group of business professionals based in the Northern Home Counties who originally met through traditional networking channels. Each business owner has an interest in social media and they quickly identified an opportunity to join forces, combine their operational knowledge and, subsequently, to plan a series of workshops for local SME's.

Some 6 months later, the group launched their first half day introductory workshop entitled "How to get social media working for your business, how and where to start".

There are many organisations promoting the effectiveness of social media, some preaching and some even creating panic that if you haven't yet started you'll be too late! However, DOT.FUTURE took a considered view, combined their experience, and their introductory workshops offer information on how to get started, how to tailor your communications to your business and how to manage your reputation.
